China Hopson is a portrait and reportage photographer. She studied photography in Hannover (B.A.), Dortmund and Birmingham (UK). Her view of things is different from that of the majority of society. China’s gaze is emotional and from within rather than at it. Among other things, she takes photos for various magazines, newspapers and cultural institutions. In addition, the topics BIPOC and music photography play a major role in her life.
